Camera - Ceiling Mounted - Type: Device, Electrical Fixture >> Hosting: Face >> Connection: None

This family is a face hosted camera for CCTV systems, intended for ceiling mounted applications. The family is surface mounted. The family may be placed on a vertical face, face, or work plane under the modify > placement tab when inserting the family. The actual outline of the object does not appear on the plan view, this is only visible on elevation and 3D views. Instead, what you will see is the camera symbol as shown below.

Camera - Wall Mounted - Type: Device, Electrical Fixture >> Hosting: Face >> Connection: None

This family is a face hosted camera for CCTV systems, with a wall mounting symbol. The family is surface mounted and is imported with a default elevation of 80” when mounted on a vertical surface. The elevation is to be adjusted as necessary. The family may be placed on a vertical face, face, or work plane under the modify > placement tab when inserting the family. The actual outline of the object does not appear on the plan view, this is only visible on elevation and 3D views. Instead, what you will see is the camera symbol as shown below.
